In an effort to help people to feel safe to share during the discussion groups at the Youth Summit, we asked everyone to observe the following ground rules:

• Be respectful, non-judgmental, and kind
• Listen to others
• Try to understand where someone else is coming from
• Speak if you have something to say, but no one is required to speak
• Participate, but don’t dominate the discussion
• Honor confidentiality (what is said here, stays here)
